Welcome to MovingWave. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through MovingWave. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & Availability
MovingWave offers products including custom hampers, gifts, fancy items, toys, jewellery, 3D-printed products, personalised products and other selected items.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours, sizes and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, handmade elements or product availability.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products when necessary.
Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including their name, phone number, delivery address and customisation details.
An order is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by MovingWave.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel a paid order, any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.
Custom & Personalised Products
Customers must carefully check all customisation information before confirming an order, including names, photographs, messages, colours, designs, sizes and other personalised details.
Once production of a personalised or customised product has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Minor variations may occur in handmade, customised, printed and 3D-printed products. Such small variations are part of the nature of customised production and are not necessarily considered defects.
Prices & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed unless there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.
Customers must complete payment using the payment methods available through MovingWave or our authorised payment providers.
Shipping or delivery charges may be added separately where applicable.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times provided by MovingWave are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur because of courier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Because personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for individual customers, they may not be eligible for return or cancellation simply because of a change of mind.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact MovingWave promptly with appropriate photos or an unboxing video so that we can review the issue.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the MovingWave name, logo, website design, graphics, photographs, product images, text and other original content created by MovingWave are owned by or licensed to MovingWave.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access to our website or services where reasonably necessary to protect MovingWave, our customers or our website.
